Return Policy

We at Amaranthine Skin care guarantee quality, and we will do everything we can to offer our customer the most excellent skin care products. However, in the event that you would like to return an order, we would be happy to assist you and provide a refund for the original purchase price if returned within 30 days of your purchase date. The product must be in its original unopened package and any seals must be intact. Opened or used items will not be accepted.
Please note that shipping and handling are not refundable on returns. In addition, shipping costs for sending returned orders back are the customer’s responsibility and are not eligible for refund.
Please contact customer service at info@amaranthineskincare.com prior to sending your order back so we can assist you on the return, exchange and/or refund option.

Products eligible for a refund must be mailed within 30 days of purchase, in its original unopened package.
Returned items are subject to inspection by Amaranthine skin care. Returned products may not be altered, opened or used.
Products are eligible for replacement if the original product arrived damaged, defective, or if the customer received the wrong product.
Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customer’s expense or destroyed upon request.
To Return an Order:
1. Items must be shipped in original package, including all parts and accessories.
2. Please include a copy of your invoice or original order number.
3. Mail your return within 30 days of purchase.
